followed by 3 additional private appointments to practice your techniques and

positions, followed by 3 Level One classes (or classes that fit your level), and

then progressing into 5 of any group classes of your choice.  This gentle Pilates

progression will ensure you have the ultimate Pilates experience, along with an

incredible value.

Mama…..Get - Your - Body - Back Baby Package! - $24 per class

OK, everyone knows that moms and moms-to-be need a break…well, her it is.

Pure Pilates is now offering this discount package to all mothers-to-be (currently

pregnant) and new mothers (with babies less than one year of age).  We want to make

sure that you have a healthy pregnancy and bounce back into shape ASAP! With

our discounted class3es, we’re helping ensure that you take care of yourself so that

you can take care of everyone else ;)  We have prenatal and post-natal specialist ot

guarantee that you have a safe and effective exercise program.  Call us to set up your

first 1-hour session for $30!  Then, join our group classes for $24 per session.  You must

have a due date and a medical release from your doctor… if expecting.
