  PRIVATE REFORMER SESSION

 

Private Pilates Lesson is the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect Pilates performance.

The instructor devotes undivided attention to a student’s specific needs and develops a customized

program to produce optimum results.  These sessions usually begin with a warm-up and progress to

an understanding and competence in the fundamental Pilates principles through one-on-one focus

and feedback, and then branch out from there.  Progress to learning the of Pilates equipment can be

explored as well. Although these private sessions are rather expensive, it is worthwhile to invest in a

few especially when you are just starting out.  Sessions are beneficial in the beginning and / or

improving your practice.
