After you feel comfortable on the Pilates equipment, share the workout fun with one other individual.   This is a dynamic and fun way to exercise along with a great value!

 Semi-Private Pilates:

Sessions are beneficial in beginning and / or improving your practice.

In a semi-private session, you will:

Learn the basics of Pilates before attending a regular class

Learn specific poses, exercises, or techniques to meet your particular needs
